Gerard has 26 years of professional experience as an Engineer and Senior Executive. Throughout his career, he has held a variety of Executive positions which give him a unique perspective on the challenges facing infrastructure owners. Gerard specialises in Asset Management Systems, Engineering Design and Design Management, Contract development, negotiation and management including equipment procurement. Through this unique insight, Gerard can provide current and important guidance on a variety of specialist topics related to infrastructure and critical infrastructure, guiding businesses to achieve improved outcomes. Gerard has a passion for seeing clients achieve exceptional results through their partnering with Axcentium.
Gerard is also passionate about the development of young engineers and training students.

Craig has over 30 years’ experience in the Electricity Transmission and Distribution Industry gained across a range of Senior leadership roles at Ausgrid. From Strategic Planning, Engineering, Design and Major Projects through to Operations Craig has a breadth of skills and a ‘whole of life’ Asset Management capability. He has been at the forefront of the Industry in driving Major Capital and Maintenance programs, Regulatory and Commercial strategy and best practice Asset Management. With an Electrical Engineering Degree and Management Diploma combined with strong communication and stakeholder management skills he has a passion for sustainable business transformation and delivering challenging programs with diverse teams. In particular Craig compliments the Axcentium team capability through his deep understanding of the medium and low voltage Distribution network.
Dr Christian Urabl
Director Global Operations & Sales (Phd, MBA, MSc Electrical, Dip. Ing)
Christian has over 20 years’ experience in the Electricity Transmission and Distribution Industry gained across a range of Senior leadership roles. His most recent experience as an executive manager with AF-Consult in Switzerland gives unique understanding and insight into transmission and distribution systems in a variety of countries including India, Sri Lanka, Myanmar, Saudi Arabia, Sub Sahara Africa, Switzerland and the Balkans. Christian has a PhD in knowledge management science and knowledge transfer as well as professional engineering qualifications.
In particular Christian compliments the Axcentium team capability through his deep understanding of power generation systems and economic modelling.
